A. Rates for data recovery are set on a case-by-case basis through an evaluation and a price quote. Depending on
the service purchased, shipping and evaluation fees may apply.
Q. How long does it take?
A. Once again, this has to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. The time required to perform the task depends on
many factors; the price quote will include the estimated time for project completion.
Q. Why use MicroExpert?
A. You can try to recover your data on your own, but keep in mind that there is a high risk of "blowing away" all
hope of recovering them, because using the wrong tools may cause you to write data over existing old data; to
erase the remaining data and physically damage your media itself.
Q. Does MicroExpert keep a copy of my data?
A. Upon delivery of your data, your data are kept for10 days for follow up care if necessary. Following that time
period, the copy will be destroyed; you have 10 days to notify us of any errors.
Q. What is your success rate and hit ratio?
A. Over 80%.
